
TWO people are accused of possessing an imitation rifle ‘in suspicious circumstances’ in Ballymoney.
Ian Hanna (30) and Cameron Brady (26), both of the same address – Henry Street Mews in the town – are charged in relation to October 14 last year.
They are also accused of possessing an imitation firearm in a public place – Ballymoney’s Queen Street.
Both are also charged with possessing an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of unlawful violence.
They are also accused of assaulting a female on October 14.
Both are also accused of possessing cannabis on October 15.
Ian Hanna is further charged with assaulting a police officer on October 15.
At Coleraine Magistrates Court, sitting in Ballymena, the cases were adjourned to February.
