Viewing point’ charge is denied

A MAN denies an accusation of being in charge of a vehicle with excess alcohol in his breath at Ballyhackett Viewing Point near Castlerock.

Gareth Clatworthy (39), of Cairnhill in Coleraine, is accused of committing an offence on September 11 this year.

The case was mentioned at Coleraine Magistrates Court on November 18 where the defence solicitor was Sam Barr.

It was adjourned to December 2.
