A woman has pleaded not guilty to charges including driving whilst unfit at Lime Market Street in Coleraine.
Jadwiga Pozniak (57), of Westbourne Crescent, Coleraine, is also accused of failing to provide a specimen of breath.
The third charge she denies is driving without due care and attention at Lime Market Street and Beresford Road.
The charges relate to April 28, 2017.
The case was mentioned at Coleraine Magistrates Court on Friday.
A defence solicitor said the defendant is Polish.
The lawyer said she had used an ‘app’ to communicate with the defendant.
The case was adjourned to May 24 to fix a date for a contest.
