1 Mins read

A WOMAN has been charged with being disorderly in the Diamond area of Portstewart.

Natasha Murray (18), of Coleraine Road in the town, is also accused of resisting a police officer in the execution of his duty and possessing the Class A drug Ecstasy on May 26 this year.

The defendant appeared in the dock at Coleraine Magistrates Court on Monday where defence solicitor Fergus McIntosh said he hoped the matter could be dealt with by “diversionary means”.

The case has been adjourned to November.
