A major housing development is being proposed for lands at Kintyre Road and Lealies Drive to the rear of nos 1-21 Bardic Drive, 77-119 Linn Road, 2 -88 Fairway and 1-2 Kintrye Road in Larne.
The application lodged by Project Co Larne Limited could see 82 dwellings with associated landscape, open space, access roads and site works.
A dedicated and bespoke website www.kintyreroadhousing.com will be made available for interested parties to view the consultation documentation and site proposals. The website will go live on Monday 19th September 2022 and will run for a period of six weeks.
An in-person drop-in event will be held at Linn Road Community Centre on Wednesday 28th September.
The application will go before Mid & East Antrim's planning committee next year.
