Police arrested a 32 year old man on suspicion of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and driving whilst unfit through drink or drugs following the report of a domestic related incident at a house in the Rosnashane Road area of Rasharkin on Sunday 16th January.
The man remains in custody at this time assisting with police enquiries.
