Coleraine Taxi Driver Remanded Over £60K Drugs Seizure

Coleraine taxi driver Lawrence McLaughlin was remanded in in custody today and will appear via video link on the 21st December 2015.

McLaughlin, from Buskin Way in Coleraine, is accused of possessing Class A drugs with intent to supply on 20 November this year.

McLaughlin was arrested on the Dundrod Road near Nutts Corner on Friday evening when police uncovered the cocaine, estimated to be worth around £60,000, after searching a vehicle.
