The last ever meeting of Limavady Borough Council was held last night.

In that meeting, Councillors voted unanimously in favour of replacing the statue of Manannán Mac Lir which was stolen in January. The statue was found in February, damaged beyond repair.

It is expected to cost around £10,000 to replace the statue and estimated to take around 6 months to complete.
