Rise in Average House Prices.

he latest Ulster University Quarterly House Price Index has reported that the average price for house sales is now £147,712.

The report, which is published in partnership with the Northern Ireland Executive and the Bank of Ireland shows that the average price of houses has risen by 18.8% over the year of 2014 and shows growth in all parts of the market.
