A 21 year old man has been charged with 13 offences

A 21 year old man has been charged with 13 offences including robbery, theft, possession of an offensive weapon and dangerous driving. He is due to appear at Londonderry Magistrates Court on the morning of Wednesday 7 September.

As is normal procedure, all charges are reviewed by the PPS.

The charges relate to a robbery at commercial premises in the Spencer Road area of Derry/Londonderry on Sunday 4 September.

A 17 year old male has also been charged in connection with this incident and was due to appear at Londonderry Magistrates Court on the morning of Tuesday 6 September.
