38 year old man charged with entry to UK in breach of deportation order

Two men aged 38 and 29 years old have been charged with two counts of possession of firearm and ammunition in suspicious circumstances and three counts of possession of a Class A controlled drug.

The 38 year old man was also charged with entry to United Kingdom in breach of deportation order.

Both men are due to appear at Belfast Magistrates Court on Thursday 13th February. As is normal procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the PPS.

The charges are in relation to the seizure of two firearms with ammunition and suspected Class A controlled drugs from business premises in the Black’s Road area of Belfast on Wednesday 12th February.
