Ballymena Death Being Investigated By Police

Police Search and Rescue Teams recover a knife from the River Braid on Sunday afternoon.

Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the sudden death of a man in the Harryville area of Ballymena.
A post mortem will take place in due course.

It’s understood the remains were discovered in the early hours of this morning.

A large police cordon remains in place near Railway Street and the Harryville Bridge has been closed.
