Investigation underway after deer is illegally killed

Police are appealing for information following a report of the suspected illegal killing of a deer in the Claragh Road area of Omagh sometime between Friday 11th and Sunday 13th September.

The remains of the animal were discovered in woodland in the area on Sunday morning and will be taken for a post mortem examination in due course.
