Man convicted of benefit fraud at Ballymena court

Jensen Shingleton (36) of Park View, Belfast claimed Housing Benefit, Income Support and Carers’ Allowance totalling £5,305 while failing to declare employment. He was given a three year conditional discharge.

He is also required to repay any outstanding money wrongfully obtained to the Department for Communities.
