McGuigan requests urgent meeting with Northern Health Trust after North Antrim Care Homes go into Adminstration

1 Mins read

North Antrim Sinn Féin MLA has requested an urgent meeting with the Northern Health Trust to discuss the recent announcement that two care homes in the constituency have gone into administration.

Mr. McGuigan said:

“Despite the comments of the administrator I have no doubt that residents of the care homes in Braefield and Slemish and their families will be extremely worried and uncertain about the future of these homes.

“This will also be the case for the staff that work in the homes. I have requested an urgent meeting with the Trust to discuss these worries and any plans that need to be put in place.”
