BT Coleraine

This International Women’s Day, Sunday 8 March, NI Water is calling on females to be part of building NI Water for the future and address the gender gap within the water and engineering industries.

Females account for 21% of NI Water’s workforce, with these women taking up roles in Scientific Services, Finance, Engineering, HR and Operations. NIW provides excellent career opportunities in a dynamic team environment, delivering what matters for Northern Ireland – the water for life we all rely on to thrive.

A diverse workforce brings about wider skills and experiences and helps NI Water better understand the needs of customers. If you would like a career within Northern Ireland’s Water Industry, get in touch with us by contacting [email protected] to see the roles we have available.

The theme for this year’s International Women’s Day is #EachforEqual where an equal world is an enabled world.

If you want to take action on International Women’s Day then why not choose to challenge stereotypes, broaden perceptions, improve situations and celebrate women’s achievements.

Together, we can all help create a gender equal world.
