POLICE are appealing for information following a fire in the Straham View area of Dervock, Ballymoney at approximately 10.30pm on Sunday night, August 22nd.
Inspector Patton said: “Police attended at the request of our colleagues from the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service. The fire, in a barley field, consisted of a car tyre with a small propane tank in the centre of it. The fire had been extinguished prior to our arrival.
“We are appealing for witnesses and information which may assist our investigation to contact police on 101 quoting reference number 2063 22/08/21.”
