Ballymena to see new PureGym opening this spring

PureGym has confirmed that they are set to open in Ballymena this Spring.

In a statement to Causeway Coast Community, a PureGym spokesperson said: “We are delighted to announce that we are bringing flexible, affordable fitness to Ballymena in Spring 2023! The brand-new gym will occupy 12,500 sq. ft. on Braidwater Retail Park and will provide members with access to over 220 pieces of state-of-the-art equipment along with a functional area, free weights, cardio machines, fitness studio for group exercise classes and certified PTs on the site.

“As the first PureGym set to open in Northern Ireland since 2018, PureGym Ballymena is a key step forward in our ambitious UK expansion plans and demonstrates our ongoing commitment to bringing high-quality, low-cost fitness to as many people across the country as possible. The new gym will be a fantastic facility for the people of Ballymena and the surrounding communities, providing them with an affordable facility to help support their physical and mental wellbeing through PureGym’s low cost, zero contract memberships. In December last year, we exclusively revealed PureGym’s intentions to open in Coleraine later this year at the Riverside Retail Park in Coleraine.
