A planning application has been lodged with Causeway Coast & Glens Council for a proposed residential development comprising of 36No. Units to include 8No. detached, 22No. semi-detached and 6No. townhouses at "Lakeside" Residential Development (formerly Maxwells Spital Hill Quarry).
The application was submitted by McAlister Builders.
The application will come before Council's planning committee within the next couple of months.
