A FORMER bank on Eglinton Street, Portrush could be converted to a restaurant.
An application has been submitted to Causeway Coast & Glens Council for a proposed change of use from Ulster Bank ground floor to a Restaurant.
In 2017 Ulster Bank announced the closure of a number of branches across Northern Ireland.
The building has not been used since 2018.
The applicant is Sam Woods Trading as S L S Developments Ltd.
It is expected the application will come before Causeway Coast and Glens Planning Committee in the coming months.
