The Logans Complex near Cloughmills has been sold we can reveal. The sale was finalised prior to Christmas.
The complex went on the market in 2018 but failed to sell and was placed back as an available property for purchase in 2019.
The businesses within the complex have not been affected by the sale.
Logans Fashions had previously been the only retailer on the site, but it was knocked down and expanded into a shopping complex with around 20 other businesses a number of years ago.
In a statement Stephen Deyermon, partner at TDK commercial property said "The Logan family started retailing from this site over 50 years ago, adding to and developing the complex into a must stop destination on the way to the North Coast.
"The popular retail units and cafe are well known in the local community.
"The time has come to pass the baton onto new ownership and management; to further develop and take the business park forward into the next decades. The 8 acre site also has planning for a Petrol station and drive-thru restaurant and these plans will be reassessed over the coming weeks."
