US corporation Terex has submitted plans to Causeway Coast & Glens Borough Council for a proposed £9 million factory expansion.
Plans reveal that the factory could be extended by a further 63,000 sq ft.
The move will see Terex add a new assembly line for the manufacture of material handling equipment, including the installation of a new automated powder paint line system.
The application will go before councils planning committee later this year.
Terex acquired JMF in 2015.
